Cancellation Policy
Cancellation, Rescheduling, and Refund Policy for Acute Homeopathic Consultations At Angela Attar, I understand that sometimes plans change unexpectedly. To accommodate this, I have established the following cancellation, rescheduling, and refund policy for my Acute Homeopathic Consultation service: Cancellation Policy - Cancellation with 24 Hours Notice: If you need to cancel your appointment, you may do so with a minimum of 24 hours notice prior to your scheduled consultation. In such cases, you will receive a full refund of any fees paid. - Cancellation with Less Than 24 Hours Notice: If you cancel your appointment with less than 24 hours notice, you will be charged the full consultation fee. Unfortunately, due to the nature of this service, I am unable to offer refunds for late cancellations. Rescheduling Policy - Rescheduling with 24 Hours Notice: If you need to reschedule your appointment, please provide at least 24 hours notice. I will work with you to find an alternative time that suits your schedule. There is no additional charge for rescheduling with sufficient notice. - Rescheduling with Less Than 24 Hours Notice: If you request to reschedule your appointment with less than 24 hours notice, it will be treated as a late cancellation, and you will be charged the full consultation fee. You will need to book and pay for a new appointment. Refund Policy - Full Refunds: You are entitled to a full refund if you cancel your appointment with at least 24 hours notice or if I need to cancel the consultation for any reason. - No Refunds: No refunds will be provided for cancellations made with less than 24 hours notice, or if you fail to attend your scheduled appointment. Exceptions - Extreme Circumstances: I understand that emergencies and unforeseen circumstances can arise. In such cases, I may consider exceptions to the above policies on a case-by-case basis.
