At Angela's Apothecary, every item is lovingly handcrafted in small batches using pure, natural ingredients. Each product is created with care and intention to ensure it reaches you in perfect condition.

We hope you’ll be delighted with your purchase, but if something isn’t quite right, please see our policy below.

 

Returns

Because our products are made for personal use, we can only accept returns on items that are unopened, unused, and in their original packaging, within 14 days of delivery.

If your order arrives damaged or incorrect, please contact us within 48 hours of receiving it so we can make it right with a replacement or refund as quickly as possible.

 

Refunds

Once your return is received and inspected, you’ll receive a confirmation email, and your refund will be processed to your original payment method within 5–7 working days.

Please note:

• Shipping costs are non-refundable unless the item arrived damaged or faulty.

• Custom blends and personalised items are non-refundable due to their bespoke nature.

 

Gift Cards

Our Gift Cards are issued digitally and are often personalised for the recipient. As such, they are non-refundable and non-returnable once created or sent.

If your order has not yet been processed, please contact angela@angelaattar.com as soon as possible and we’ll do our best to help before it is sent.

Gift Cards are valid for 6 months from the date of issue and can be redeemed toward any product, service, or event available on our website.

If you experience any issues with a lost or undelivered card, please email us and we’ll be happy to assist.
