Journey to the True Self is a guided healing and spiritual path that supports you to move from fear, stress, anxiety, overwhelm, and disconnection into a life led by inner guidance, deep trust, and Divine wisdom.

As the journey unfolds, the soul awakens, certainty in the Divine deepens, and you come to know who you truly are — allowing life to be lived from connection, purpose, and conscious alignment.

This is not a programme to rush through.
It is a journey of remembering — gently, safely, and at your own pace.

Journey to the True Self is designed for those who feel there is more — more depth, more meaning, more truth — but who want to explore it in a grounded, supported way.

How the Journey Unfolds

 

While every person’s journey is unique, the work naturally moves through distinct phases of awareness, trust, and embodiment.

You don’t need to understand these stages in advance, you will experience them as your journey deepens.  

 

There is no fixed timeline, each phase unfolds in its own time, guided by readiness rather than expectation.

 

Awareness & Grounding

 

The early months focus on stabilising and grounding.

​

The early part of the journey focuses on:

  • calming the nervous system

  • understanding patterns of stress, fear, and reaction

  • learning how to pause, slow down, and become present

  • reconnecting with the body

 

This stage often brings:

  • a sense of relief and space

  • greater calm and clarity

  • less reactivity and overwhelm

  • a feeling of finally being able to breathe again

 

Trust & Inner Guidance

 

As awareness stabilises, the journey naturally deepens.

The focus gently shifts towards:

  • awakening intuition and inner guidance

  • building trust in the Divine

  • understanding emotions, beliefs, and energy

  • moving from control into alignment

 

Many people begin to experience:

  • increased trust in themselves

  • clearer inner knowing

  • meaningful shifts in perspective

  • a sense of being guided rather than lost

 

Life starts to feel less random, and more purposeful.

 

Embodiment & Soul-Led Living

 

In the later stages, the work becomes quieter, deeper, and more embodied.

 

The focus is on:

  • living from your True Self rather than old conditioning

  • compassion, forgiveness, and connection

  • aligning with purpose and meaning

  • embodying trust as a way of life

  • gently deepening spiritual awareness

 

This phase supports you to:

  • live with greater ease and clarity

  • move through life with presence and discernment

  • feel connected — to yourself, to others, and to life

  • live in alignment with the elevation of the soul

 

What Sessions Look Like

 

Your journey is supported through regular 1:1 sessions, each designed to gently build on what has come before.

 

Every session includes:

  • arrival and check-in

  • reflection on what has been unfolding in your life

  • a teaching aligned to where you are on your journey

  • guided or practical embodied work

  • intention-setting

  • grounding and soul alignment (tikkun hanefesh)

  • Reiki to anchor intention and alignment

 

Sessions are designed to feel safe, spacious, and deeply supportive.

 

Reiki, Intention & Soul Alignment

 

Reiki is woven throughout the journey as a way to anchor inner shifts into the body and nervous system.

 

Each session includes:

  • clear intention-setting

  • grounding to ensure balance and safety

  • soul alignment (tikkun hanefesh)

  • Reiki to support integration and embodiment

This allows change to happen naturally — without force or effort.

 

Daily Life & Gentle Ritual

 

You are gently supported to develop a simple spiritual ritual — morning, evening, or both — that fits into real life.

There is:

  • no rigid routine

  • no pressure to meditate for long periods

  • no expectation to “get it right”

 

Rituals begin very small and grow organically as trust and connection deepen.

 

Who This Journey Is For
