Monthly Membership Plan Disclaimer

By subscribing to a monthly membership plan on www.angelaattar.com, you agree to the following terms:

1. Commitment & Cancellation Policy

• Standard Monthly Plans: You may cancel your membership at any time. Upon cancellation, you will retain access to the services for the remainder of the month for which you have already paid.

• Signature Membership Plans (6-Month Commitment): By signing up for a Signature Membership, you commit to a minimum 6-month subscription. Early cancellations are not permitted, and all payments must be completed in full for the 6-month duration.

• Homeopathy Membership Plans (12-Month Commitment): By signing up for a Homeopathy Membership Plan (Basic or Comprehensive, individual or family), you commit to a fixed 12-month term. Early cancellation before the end of the term requires payment of the remaining months in full. 

• If you experience extenuating circumstances that prevent you from continuing your membership, please contact angela@angelaattar.com to discuss your situation. Exceptions may be granted at our discretion.

 

2. No Refunds

All payments for monthly memberships are non-refundable, including any unused services. Refunds will only be considered in exceptional circumstances and at our discretion.

 

3. Continued Use

Upon cancellation of a standard monthly plan, you will continue to have access to the services until the end of the current billing cycle. No further payments will be taken after your cancellation is processed.

 

4. Session Expiry & Usage

• Sessions included in the membership must be used within the billing period and cannot be carried forward to future months, unless agreed by us in advance.

• Unused sessions are non-refundable and non-transferable.

 

5. ​Homeopathy Membership Plans

• Acute consultations are capped at a maximum of 12 per 12-month term (1 per month default; extras may be requested and will be deducted from the yearly total).

• Comprehensive Plans also include follow-up consultations and are capped at 5 per year.

• Postage costs apply if remedies are mailed.

• Unlimited Mon–Fri message check-ins in Comprehensive Plans are for brief updates or questions related to your current homeopathic treatment only and do not replace consultations.

• Family Homeopathy Plans: All consultations are shared between the family members covered by the plan (up to 2 adults and 5 children in the same household).

 

6. Governing Law

This disclaimer is governed by the laws of England and Wales. Any disputes will be subject to the jurisdiction of the courts of England and Wales.
