Journey to the True Self — Plan Policy
Commitment & Billing All Journey plans require a minimum 6-month commitment. Payments are billed monthly and will continue automatically as a monthly rolling subscription once the initial 6-month period is complete.
Cancellation
After your initial 6-month commitment, you may cancel at any time by giving a minimum of 48 hours notice before your next billing date. Cancellations must be requested in writing via email to angela@angelaattar.com. Upon cancellation, you will retain access to your plan until the end of the current billing period. No further payments will be taken after your cancellation is processed.
Early Cancellation
Cancellation before the end of the 6-month minimum commitment period is not permitted. All payments for the full 6-month term must be completed. If you are experiencing extenuating circumstances, please contact angela@angelaattar.com to discuss your situation. Exceptions may be considered at our discretion.
Sessions
Sessions included in your monthly plan must be used within the billing period and cannot be carried forward to the following month unless agreed in advance. Unused sessions are non-refundable and non-transferable.
Check-in Calls
(Journey to the True Self plan only)
Your monthly 15-minute check-in call must be used within the billing period and cannot be carried forward.
Homeopathic Consultation Coupon
(Journey to the True Self plan only)
Your 20% off Initial Homeopathic Consultation coupon is valid for 90 days from the date your plan begins. It cannot be extended, transferred, or redeemed for cash.
Refunds
All plan payments are non-refundable, including any unused sessions or services within the billing period. Refunds will only be considered in exceptional circumstances and at our discretion.
Governing Law
This policy is governed by the laws of England and Wales. Any disputes will be subject to the jurisdiction of the courts of England and Wales.
