Welcome to The Nurturing Nest
A sanctuary for women in their second and third trimesters
We’re so excited to invite you to a deeply nourishing series of workshops designed to support you through the sacred journey of pregnancy.
These sessions are a space to slow down, tune in and connect — emotionally, energetically and spiritually — as you prepare for motherhood.
Through a calming blend of guided meditation, Reiki and sound healing, you’ll be gently held in a space of stillness and presence. You’ll also receive empowering guidance and education on using essential oils and natural remedies to support your wellbeing during pregnancy and beyond.
Each session is lovingly crafted to leave you feeling grounded, supported and deeply connected to yourself and your baby.
