Immerse yourself in a deeply restorative Soundbath & Reiki Experience, where the power of sound healing and Reiki energy come together to create profound relaxation, energetic balance, and inner harmony.

In this unique session, Emra Sound Healing bathes you in the healing vibrations of Himalayan bowls, crystal bowls, chimes, percussion instruments, and voice, while I, Angela Attar, work individually with each participant, offering hands-on Reiki energy healing. Reiki works in synergy with the sound frequencies, helping to clear energetic blockages, restore balance, and promote a deep sense of peace and alignment.

What to Expect

Once you arrive and settle into a comfortable space, we begin with a short guided visualisation to help you relax and open yourself to the healing process. As the soundbath unfolds, you will be immersed in the soothing tones and vibrations of carefully selected instruments, creating a meditative and deeply calming experience.

Throughout the session, I move around the space, offering individual Reiki healing to each participant, working intuitively to restore energetic balance and enhance the effects of the sound healing. Reiki supports the body’s natural ability to heal, helping to release emotional tension, ease stress, and promote overall well-being.

At the end of the soundbath, we allow 10 minutes of silence to fully integrate the healing energy. You are welcome to share your experience afterwards or simply take the time to reflect and relax as you transition back into your evening.
