Service Description
This is not an ordinary healing session. A Journey Session is a deeply personal, 90-minute 1:1 experience that works at the level of the soul - weaving together spiritual guidance, emotional healing, intention-setting, grounding, and Kabbalistic Reiki into one profoundly held space. Each session is divinely guided - not by the ego mind, but by the soul itself. What needs to be seen, healed, and shifted will naturally come to the surface, held with care, compassion, and deep spiritual wisdom. What your session includes: We begin with an arrival and check-in - a moment to settle, to land, and to share what has been unfolding in your life since we last met. From there, we move into reflection and teaching - exploring what is present for you right now, uncovering the beliefs, patterns, and emotional entanglements that may be holding you back, and receiving a teaching aligned precisely to where you are on your journey. Together we then set a clear intention - the shift you are ready to embody - and anchor it through guided meditation and embodied practice. To close, Distance Kabbalistic Reiki is offered - equally powerful whether received in person or online - to dissolve residual energetic blocks, restore flow, and anchor the insights and intentions of the session into your body and field. Soul alignment and Tikkun HaNefesh - the cleansing and correction of the soul - are woven throughout, supporting the deepest level of healing and integration. You will leave feeling grounded, clear, and held - often with a profound sense of peace, renewed strength, and inner direction. This session is for you if: - You feel anxious, overwhelmed, stuck, or out of alignment - You sense there is more to who you are, but can't quite reach it - You are ready to move beyond surface-level change and do the real work - You are on the Journey to the True Self programme, or wish to begin Journey Sessions are the heart of the Journey to the True Self programme - available as a one-off session, or as part of a monthly membership plan for those ready to commit to their healing journey. Journey Sessions are available online via video call, or in-person at our North London therapy room.
Cancellation Policy
Cancellation, Rescheduling, and Refund Policy At Angela Attar, I strive to offer flexible and fair terms for booking, rescheduling, and canceling your sessions. Please review the following policy, which applies to all sessions, as well as Monthly Membership Plans. Booking a Session - Single Sessions: Sessions can be booked directly through our website or by contacting us. - Monthly Membership Plans: Payments will be automatically charged on a monthly basis. It is the client's responsibility to schedule sessions each month. Unused sessions within the month will not roll over to the next. Rescheduling and Cancellations - Notice Period: If you need to reschedule or cancel a session, please provide at least 48 hours' notice. Rescheduling or canceling within this time frame will be accommodated at no additional charge. - Cancellation Fee: A cancellation fee of £20 will be charged for any session canceled with less than 48 hours' notice. This fee also applies if you request to reschedule within this period. - Short Notice Cancellations: Sessions canceled with less than 24 hours' notice will be considered used and may not be rescheduled. No refunds will be provided for such cancellations. - Missed Sessions: If you miss your scheduled session without providing at least 24 hours' notice, the session will be forfeited and cannot be rescheduled or refunded. Refund Policy - Full Refunds: You are entitled to a full refund if you cancel a session with at least 48 hours' notice. For monthly memberships, refunds are not offered, but you can cancel future charges by providing notice before the next billing cycle. - No Refunds: No refunds will be provided for sessions canceled with less than 24 hours' notice or for missed sessions. Monthly membership fees are non-refundable once charged, except in extreme circumstances. - Extreme Circumstances: I understand that emergencies and unforeseen events may arise. In such cases, exceptions to the above policies may be considered on a case-by-case basis. Please contact me as soon as possible if you find yourself in such a situation. Changes to Terms I reserve the right to modify these terms and conditions at any time. Any changes will be communicated to you in advance. Continued use of services after modifications are communicated will constitute acceptance of the revised terms.
