Service Description
Follow-Up Homeopathic Consultation (30–60 mins) Ongoing support to keep your healing journey on track This follow-up session is for clients who have already had an Initial Homeopathic Consultation within the past 12 months. It offers a dedicated space to review your progress, assess how you’ve responded to your remedies, and adjust your prescription as needed to continue moving forward in your healing. We’ll explore any shifts in your physical, emotional, and energetic state since your last session, as well as any new symptoms or challenges that may have emerged. This helps ensure that your treatment remains tailored, responsive, and aligned with your current needs. Each follow-up includes: - Review of your response to previous remedies - Updated remedy selection where appropriate - Ongoing support with diet, supplements, and lifestyle adjustments - Suggestions for herbal or energetic support if needed - Email follow-up to answer questions about your plan Please note: Remedies are included for UK-based clients. If you are abroad and would like remedies sent to you, this may incur an additional cost, or I can guide you on how to source them locally. If you feel you would benefit from an integrative approach that includes Reiki alongside your follow-up, you may wish to book a Physical & Restorative Session, which blends homeopathic support with energy healing for deeper rebalancing. This session is designed to gently guide you through each phase of your healing – with clarity, care, and consistency.
Cancellation Policy
Cancellation, Rescheduling, and Refund Policy At Angela Attar, I strive to offer flexible and fair terms for booking, rescheduling, and canceling your sessions. Please review the following policy, which applies to all sessions, as well as Monthly Membership Plans. Booking a Session - Single Sessions: Sessions can be booked directly through our website or by contacting us. - Monthly Membership Plans: Payments will be automatically charged on a monthly basis. It is the client's responsibility to schedule sessions each month. Unused sessions within the month will not roll over to the next. Rescheduling and Cancellations - Notice Period: If you need to reschedule or cancel a session, please provide at least 48 hours' notice. Rescheduling or canceling within this time frame will be accommodated at no additional charge. - Cancellation Fee: A cancellation fee of £20 will be charged for any session canceled with less than 48 hours' notice. This fee also applies if you request to reschedule within this period. - Short Notice Cancellations: Sessions canceled with less than 24 hours' notice will be considered used and may not be rescheduled. No refunds will be provided for such cancellations. - Missed Sessions: If you miss your scheduled session without providing at least 24 hours' notice, the session will be forfeited and cannot be rescheduled or refunded. Refund Policy - Full Refunds: You are entitled to a full refund if you cancel a session with at least 48 hours' notice. For monthly memberships, refunds are not offered, but you can cancel future charges by providing notice before the next billing cycle. - No Refunds: No refunds will be provided for sessions canceled with less than 24 hours' notice or for missed sessions. Monthly membership fees are non-refundable once charged, except in extreme circumstances. - Extreme Circumstances: I understand that emergencies and unforeseen events may arise. In such cases, exceptions to the above policies may be considered on a case-by-case basis. Please contact me as soon as possible if you find yourself in such a situation. Changes to Terms I reserve the right to modify these terms and conditions at any time. Any changes will be communicated to you in advance. Continued use of services after modifications are communicated will constitute acceptance of the revised terms.
