Sessions include guided Kabbalistic meditation, Tikun HaNefesh (soul-level correction and restoration), and deep intuitive attunement held entirely in meditative intention. Tikun HaNefesh means ‘Correction of the Soul’ in Hebrew. It is a classical Kabbalistic healing meditation, practised for generations, that works by moving sequentially through the body in alignment with the Tree of Life — bringing divine light to each area and creating the conditions for deep soul-level restoration. In a Kabbalistic Energy Healing session, it is experienced as a guided, participatory meditation — something we do together.
