Charlotte Simmons will guide you through a mesmerising sound bath, where healing frequencies from crystal singing bowls wash over you, encouraging release from physical and emotional tension. As the sound vibrations resonate through your being, Angela Attar will provide Reiki healing to each participant, channelling Divine healing energy to clear energetic blockages, restore inner harmony, and promote an overall sense of wellbeing.

Please bring a pillow/cushion with you. Mats and blankets will be provided but you are welcome to bring your own too.
